These TCS apply to any purchase made online at www.tlml.ch, at the Company’s ticket counters, or by telephone/email, without geographic restriction. They take precedence over any other customer document unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by the Company.

The applicable version is the one available online at the time of the order. The Company reserves the right to modify them; modifications do not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders, Reservations and Confirmation

Online orders: the order is considered final upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is automatically sent within minutes following the transaction. This email constitutes proof of order.

Orders by email or telephone: a written summary is sent to the customer within 24 business hours. The order is deemed final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order in case of insufficient stock, full capacity, incorrect information provided by the customer, or an unresolved previous dispute.

Please keep your confirmation email: it will be required in case of a claim. The electronic ticket it contains is the valid transport document for accessing the facilities.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT at the legal rate in force (8.1% as of March 15, 2026). Payment is required in full at the time of the order.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — online and at counters
  • TWINT — online and at counters

Online payments are processed by Adyen N.V., a PCI-DSS level 1 certified provider. Credit card data does not pass through the Company’s servers and is never stored by the Company.

If the customer’s bank refuses payment, the order is automatically cancelled.

5. Ticket Delivery

The Company does not offer physical delivery. Tickets are issued as follows:

  • Online purchase: the electronic ticket (QR code) is sent by email and accessible via your customer account. It can be scanned directly from your smartphone at turnstiles.
  • Purchase at counters: the ticket is issued immediately as a printed ticket or card.
  • Seasonal passes: the card is personalised and issued at the counters upon presentation of an ID and a photo.

In case of loss or theft of a ticket, the Company does not provide free replacement. Snow Assist insurance is recommended.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Weather conditions and partial operation
The Company does not guarantee snow conditions, weather, or the opening of all facilities. No proportional refund is granted in case of partial operation.

6.2 Full closure due to force majeure
In the event of total closure due to force majeure (dangerous weather, government decision, unforeseeable event outside the Company’s control), customers holding an unused day pass may receive a voucher valid for the current season upon presentation of the original ticket.

Snow Assist insurance holders benefit from refund conditions set out in their insurance contract, which may be more favourable.

6.3 Personal impediment
No refund is granted for personal impediments (illness, injury, accident, trip cancellation). The Company strongly recommends subscribing to Snow Assist insurance.

6.4 Snow Assist Insurance
Snow Assist insurance is offered as an option when purchasing ski passes. It allows, under certain conditions, a refund in case of illness or accident upon presentation of a medical certificate, or in case of total closure of the ski area due to severe weather. Full conditions are available at ticket counters or on request at the following email: info@tlml.ch.

6.5 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the nature of the services offered (access to leisure activities on a set date and time), the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets and passes, in accordance with legal exceptions in force.

7. Modifications or Cancellations by the Company

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel an order, service or event in the following cases:

  • Force majeure or government decision
  • Weather conditions that pose a danger to participants
  • Insufficient participants for group events (minimum threshold indicated at booking)
  • Major technical or organisational impossibility beyond the Company’s control

In case of cancellation by the Company, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or a voucher valid for the same season. The Company cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred by the customer (transport, accommodation), unless due to proven fault of the Company.

8. Safety and Behaviour Rules on the Slopes

Use of ski lifts and access to slopes require compliance with the rules established by the International Ski Federation (FIS), available at www.fis-ski.com. All users are deemed to be aware of these rules.

  • Helmet use is strongly recommended for all skiers and snowboarders, and mandatory for children under 16 in the canton of Vaud
  • Access to off-piste areas is entirely at the user’s own risk
  • Skiing under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited and may result in exclusion with no refund
  • The Company’s staff is authorised to withdraw the ski pass of any user whose behaviour is deemed dangerous

The Company declines all responsibility for accidents resulting from non-compliance with these rules.

The Company acts only as a distributor and cannot be held responsible for usage conditions, restrictions, modifications or disputes related to Magic Pass.

12. Liability

The Company uses all reasonable means to ensure safety and quality of its services. It can only be held liable for damage directly caused by proven fault. The Company cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from rule violations, off-piste accidents, indirect damage or force majeure.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on www.tlml.ch is protected under Swiss copyright law (LDA). Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written permission. See the Legal Notice for details.

14. Personal Data

15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These TCS are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek amicable resolution within 30 days. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent court of the canton of Vaud, subject to mandatory protections for EU consumers.
